33kv Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 33kv platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 33kv platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any related service — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

To register an account and use 33kv's services, you must meet the following requirements:

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 33kv platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your profile information current. 33kv is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

Regarding account security, you are required to:

  • Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Notify the support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
  • Ensure that the device used to access the platform is free from malicious software.

33kv will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to comply with the account security requirements above.

3. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 33kv platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users do not need to convert currencies — deposits and withdrawals are made directly in MYR.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking transfers and approved e-wallets. Deposits will only be credited once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. 33kv is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are processed in accordance with established verification procedures. Your first withdrawal may require identity document verification as a standard security measure. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. 33kv reserves the right to hold withdrawals subject to compliance requirements or ongoing investigations.

Unauthorised Transactions

Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, use credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you, or manipulate the payment system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 33kv reserves the right to void suspected fraudulent transactions and report them to the relevant authorities.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 33kv platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Engaging in fraud, including sandbagging, unauthorised bonus arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit the system.
  • Distributing unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the security and stability of the platform's systems.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
  • Share your account with others or allow any third party to access your account.

Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent termination, and referral of information to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

The 33kv platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 33kv is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, software errors, or temporary loss of access.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 33kv platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 33kv or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 33kv.

Account Suspension & Closure

33kv reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for reasons including breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance.
